Bet2Win Casino & Sportsbook: Blacklisted

January 6th Update: After discussions with Bet2Win, I am removing them from the blacklist for the moment.  They detailed the reasons as to the communication issues,  and how they are making a lot of changes and giving Bet2Win a massive facelift which will begin in March.  Based on this, I have decided to remove them from the blacklist, and will be looking into promoting them again once the chances occur, and making sure there are no longer any communication issues.
